Michael Kelpie

Prior to joining ITV Studios at the beginning of 1997, Michael Kelpie had worked for a variety of UK indies, BBC and Channel Four producing a diverse range of shows including, Top of The Pops, The Brit Awards, Miss World, Saturday Kitchen and The Big Breakfast, to name just a few. Since joining ITV Studios, Michael continued to grow a diverse and successful slate of award-winning programming including The Chase, Four Weddings, It'll Be Alright On The Night, Steps: Reunion, Surprise Surprise, You've Been Framed, Funniest Things and Krypton Factor. In March 2013, Michael was appointed Managing Director of Potato, a new production label within ITV Studios and has been the creative powerhouse behind new hit shows such as The Big Reunion, Autopsy: the Final Hours..., I Never Knew That About Britain, Fearne & ..., Britain's Secret Treasures and The Chase, which Michael also executive produces with ITVS America for GSN.
