Andy Culpin is the Managing Director of 12 Yard Productions the company behind hit entertainment formats including Eggheads, In It to Win It and Who Dares Wins on the BBC, Big Stars Little Star on ITV and Coach Trip on Channel 4.

Liz Gaskell

Since she became Head of Development at 12 Yard Liz and her team have created over a dozen original networked series, many of which have gone on to multiple recommissions and international success. Over a twenty five year career she has worked at many of the most prestigious UK TV companies producing a wide range of entertainment and factual entertainment shows.

Michael Mannes

Michael Mannes is the Deputy Managing Director of 12 Yard Productions, who were acquired by ITV in 2007. He joined the company in 2005 as a Series Producer and by 2006 became Head of Entertainment. Prior to this Michael had worked for various companies including the BBC, FreemantleMedia, Planet 24 and At It Productions, working across a variety of shows such as Jet Set, Dog Eat Dog, Strictly Come Dancing and The Big Breakfast. Since joining 12 Yard Michael has been instrumental is helping to grow the business and has been creatively at the forefront of Executive Producing the majority of their output including In It To Win It, Who Dares Wins, Big Star's Little Star, Perfection, Pressure Pad, The Colour of Money, Holding Out for a Hero and The Great British Village Show. Michael also helped successfully launch The Money List on GSN in America.

Matt Walton

Matt Walton is Head of Entertainment at 12 Yard Productions. He has overseen 17 series of Channel 4 reality hit Coach Trip as well as other successful formats like Big Star's Little Star, Sorority Girls and Top Dog Model. Prior to joining 12 yard he was a freelance series producer on various primetime shows including mega-brands The X Factor and Britain's Got Talent.
