Having joined ITV from BBC Worldwide, Rod heads up the International Digital and Home Entertainment supply chain along with the commissioning of Foreign Language Dubs and Subtitles. He has considerable expertise in Broadcast and Digital workflows and was instrumental in agreeing the file standardisation of BBC Worldwide’s assets. Rod is also responsible for the preservation and restoration of ITV GE's TV and Film back catalogue.
Ruth Clarke heads up a team focusing on building and managing content partnerships with ITVS and production companies across the world, Ruth joined ITV in August 2012 from Shine International where she was SVP EMEA. Previously Ruth held senior positions with Disney and Warner Brothers.
Managing ITVSGE's Sydney and Hong Kong offices, Augustus oversees and is responsible for sales activity across the Asia and Pac Rim region, along with overseeing production of ITV formats in Asia, include recent productions of POPSTAR TO OPERSTAR Vietnam, COME DINE WITH ME India and NEXT TOP DOG MODEL Korea. Augustus is also responsible for ITV Choice - ITV's general entertainment channel which reaches over 8 million households across 40 countries throughout Asia & the Middle East. Since joining ITV in 2006 he has significantly increased annual revenue in these territories. Augustus has close to 25 years experience in film and TV production, distribution/exhibition/sales, financing, and marketing, and has previously held senior management roles with the Australian Broadcasting Corporation and Film Australia.
Dan leads the EMEA commercial team responsible for all TV, Digital and Home Entertainment sales for the entire GE portfolio across the region; and works closely with the other regions to manage the relationships with our global digital partners. Previously Dan held a number of commercial and strategy roles within Media Distribution at The Walt Disney Company; before launching and managing the EMEA distribution business for Miramax after their private equity buy-out from Disney.
Shu Greene is a multi-award winning programme maker who, over the last twenty years, has created and produced some of the biggest entertainment shows on British and American television. Shu joined Syco TV at its inception in 2004 working closely with Simon Cowell in the creation, commission and execution of all of Syco’s content including The X Factor and Britain's Got Talent. Shu has been the Executive Producer of The X Factor in the UK for the last eight series; the show has gone on to win six British Academy Awards and seven National Television Awards. In September 2011 Shu was the Executive Producer of the X Factor USA overseeing the show’s high-profile launch on the Fox Network. At the same time, she oversaw the debut of Red or Black? (a co-production with ITV Studios). Prior to setting up Syco TV, Shu was Head of Development for ITV Productions running a large team with responsibility for creating new, returnable and bankable formats. In that role, she co-created and launched the acclaimed Ant and Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway which won three National Television Awards and a Golden Rose. She also created Celebrities Under Pressure and Fight School for Sky One.
Greg Johnson oversees ITV Studios GE distribution and co-production business across the USA, Canada and Latin American markets. Prior to ITV, Greg spent 3 years as Head of US Factual for BBC Worldwide in New York, and 9 years at The Walt Disney Company as VP Distribution Asia Pacific in Sydney and Kong Kong.
Guillemette manages strategic and new business development projects for GE, supporting the growth initiatives of the company. Guillemette joined ITV in January 2013 from FremantleMedia where she held senior roles in Strategy and M&A.
Maria heads up ITV Studios Global Entertainment and our leading international tv distribution and consumer products businesses. Maria joined ITV in 2010 from the Walt Disney Company where she was most recently SVP, Digital Media Distribution, EMEA.
Adrian's global marketing & research group works with sales & production teams across ITVS, and develops industry-leading campaigns with partners around the world. Adrian previously headed up the global marketing team at BBC Worldwide Sales & Distribution and was also Marketing Director, EMEA with The Walt Disney Company.
Paul heads up the ITV Global Entertainment legal and business affairs team which provides legal and commercial support to the sales, acquisitions and consumer products teams. Paul also heads the ITV Studios International (ex US) legal function. City law firm trained, Paul joined ITV in 2004 from a leading media law firm and previously held the role of Director of Central Legal within ITV.
Geoff heads up the ITVS Global Entertainment Finance team. Geoff joined ITV in January 2012 and has had previous roles at Disney Media Distribution, Viacom and Deloitte
Joe Mace started his TV career in front of camera, but soon realised that producing was more fun than presenting. He has worked in entertainment development for Endemol and the BBC, before joining ITV Studios in 2010. Since 2012 he has run the ITVS Entertainment Development team under Siobhan Greene, with prime time commissions including Fool Britannia and Stepping Out. He loves swimming, dancing, football and caramacs.
Duncan is responsible for leading all aspects of the financial strategy and operations of ITV Studios Global Entertainment. Duncan has extensive experience in the distribution and consumer products business, having worked within the ITV distribution division since 2001. Prior to joining GE Duncan was Financial Controller at United Broadcasting Entertainment.
